I wanted to pop in and let everyone know that our next PTR patch is changing the bonus damage from Legacy of Nightmares (aka the new “no set” set) from the current 800% to 100%. Please form an orderly queue for pitchforks on the left.

One of the things that we use the Public Test Realm for is to test ideas out—sometimes even crazy ideas. In our original images and communication, we had listed the bonus at a decidedly not-crazy 75%. But in the spirit of crazy ideas, we went live with 800% to give us a chance to gather data at radically different values and, eventually, find the value that’s best for the greatest number of our players. We need a lot of creative players testing the limits and the best way we could accomplish this was to turn it way overboard. Of course, drastic changes like this are inherent to what a PTR is used for, and players need to be prepared for these outcomes.

So why 100%? Well consider the way greater rifts scale. Every greater rift tier the monsters have 17% more health than the previous. If we were to lower the amount from 800% to say, 700%, this is basically equivalent to dropping by a single greater rift tier. One look at Legacy of Nightmares on PTR will show that this isn't nearly enough. Even dropping from 800%=>400% only represents a change of 4-5 Greater Rift tiers – such is the nature of exponential growth (4.41 GR tiers to be exact because 1.17^4.41 = ~2). The reduction to 100% represents about 13 Greater Rift tiers in raw damage. Once you take into account further optimization and exploration that will happen this seems like the appropriate amount for LoN to come down.

We don’t want Legacy of Nightmares to become required for top-tier builds. We want it to be a viable option among many. We think Legacy of Nightmares is really going to shine in allowing lots of build variety for “fun” builds. The last few patch cycles have seen a massive number of builds emerge that are focused on activities other than pushing Greater Rifts. We've seen creative uses for In-Geom, a resurgence of builds that incorporate Sage’s set, the use of Manajuma’s to run around as an Angry Chicken and many others. It is becoming increasingly clear to everybody that items and builds are not just about what can clear the highest rift possible. What is good for speed runs? What’s good for public games? Or at the end of the day—what do YOU think is FUN? The hope for Legacy of Nightmares is that it will open up space to allow players to explore lots of Torment X-viable builds that play differently than the status quo. We hope to see you invent something of your own that you know might not be the best in the world, but rocks in public games or is a style of play you can call your own.

套裝部分:

1. Jade set(玉魂師的戰甲)

2p: Haunt deals damage worth of 120 seconds if the target is already Haunted.
當蝕魂命中已受到其效果影響的敵人時,會立刻造成相當於 120 秒的蝕魂傷害值

4p: Soul Harvest gains the effect of every Rune; reduce Cooldowns by 1 second every time you cast Sould Harvest or Locust.
魂靈收割獲得所有符文的效果 使用蝕魂及蝗蟲時魂靈收割冷卻時間減少1秒

6p: When you cast Soul Harvest, consume all DoTs  and deal 300 seconds worth of their damage.
魂靈收割會吸收你對敵人造成的持續傷害效果,立即對其造成該效果相當於300秒的傷害

點評:果然暴雪工程師很喜歡這種野蠻的加零舉動,毫無意外,就是傷害%加顆零了事,未來或許玉魂可轉行團隊點炮角色。


2. Endless Walk 無盡行旅(玫瑰旅人兩件項鍊戒指套裝)

While moving, damage taken is reduced by up to 50%
移動中受到的傷害最多減少50%
While standing still, damage dealt is increased by up to 100%
站定時造成的傷害最多增加100%
You gain and lose stacks as you transition between moving and standing still.

點評:很清楚這套鏈戒重做想各種法子取代掉目前的綠對戒跟獄火的平衡,不過這效果...仍有待開發。



3. Legacy of Nightmares夢魘者的遺禮(哀嚎無畏兩件戒指套裝)

兩件效果,除此套裝外多一件遠古傳奇增傷100%減傷4%。

點評:
鑑於PTR大秘境目前衝層的層數不甚合理,
官方已將800%修正成100%,
大約降低目前單人大秘境13層比較能與他流派有齊頭式平等。


記住,
朕不給的,你不能要。



4.Manajuma's Way馬那祖瑪之道
(2) Set Bonus
Hex - Angry Chicken bonus damage increased from 200% to 400%
爆炸傷害從200%上提至400%。

點評:刀雞套一個無趣的翻倍增傷,目的應該是求T10順推。



5.Spirit of Arachyr厄拉齊爾套裝
4pc
Bonuses are now all applied immediately after summoning the Toad. (11/24)
Increased damage reduction from 40% to 50%. (11/24)
Increased duration from 10 to 15 seconds. (11/24)
A longer defensive bonus duration will allow you to channel Firebats with this build for longer without having to break your channel. (11/24)
6pc
Increased damage bonus from 800% to 1200%. (11/24)

四件效果修正效果為召喚大蟾後立刻生效,減傷自40%上修至50%,
持續時間自10秒延長到15秒,更多的防禦面增益目的是為了彌補引導火蝙蝠時被打斷的狀況。
六件效果修正傷害,將原本的800%上修至1200%。

點評:總算Buff了沒人要用的蜘蛛+蝙蝠套防禦面,
雖然效果非常...不顯著,
六件增傷在各種傳奇輩出的時代搭配技能基傷不高的情況下,
火蝙蝠傷害大約從最初5000%增幅到7800%,
跟其他套裝一比較下沒10000%都是雞肋,
因此這次改動的增幅並不算優秀,
不過未來還是會在PTR測試後報告實際效果。




6.Zunimassa’s Set祖尼瑪莎套裝

6pc
Increased damage bonus from 275% to 400%. (11/24)
Increased duration from 4 to 8 seconds. (11/24)
Duration increase should make it easier for non-Carnevil Zunimassa’s builds to deal damage, as pets are less controllable in that build. (11/24)

六件效果修正傷害自275%至400%,
持續時間4秒改成8秒,
這會讓那些非吹箭玩法流派玩家對於寵物傷害的控制變好。

點評:來囉,祖套的Buff姍姍來遲,再慢點就要被夢遺徹底取代了,實際效果大概就是追平其他一線套裝,至於實際最終會怎麼搭配或是再被調整數據,靜待分曉。






傳奇部分:


深淵魔物



將“ 20拾取範圍 ”改動為可魔方橙字詞綴。

點評:終於可以抽取啦!




2.Lakumba's Ornament



巫醫收割技能專屬護腕,每層收割減傷5%

點評:玉魂套就缺專屬護腕,這不就來了,嗯?

3.Ring of Emptiness 

虛無魔戒
對同時受蝕魂和蟲群影響的敵人造成傷害提高100%

點評:很高機會是玉魂套裝的選擇之一,觀望。

4.Voo's Juicer(原:Kill 殺滅)



靈魂彈幕單手祭祀刀
靈魂彈幕技能傷害+使用靈魂彈幕時擁有魅惑幽魂符文。

點評:靈魂彈幕這技能傷害與消耗的比例配置依舊是巨大問題,期待未來實測了。

5.Mantle of Channeling

施展旋風斬 連射 掃射 暴風奔襲 火蝙蝠 秘法奔流 裂光波 冰霜射線時增加20~25%傷害及25%減傷

點評:如果這是那個"傳說中2.2版的超強護肩",那實在是太...嗯,還是讓我們繼續等PTR實測這些傳奇整合後,再下定論吧。


6.巫醫未知新咒物:Vile Hive

邪物之巢
蟲群獲得惡性蟲群符文,並且造成傷害提升50%前後。

點評:儘管特效或許跟蟲杖重疊,又無論在DOT上實際傷害怎麼計算,多一個咒物塑形選擇絕對是好事,看看那可愛的貓咪為我們大神教帶來多少人氣。































7.Staff of Chiroptera Staff: 雙手杖 秋之喚

Firebats attacks 100% faster and costs 75% less Mana.
火蝙蝠攻速+100%並減少75%耗魔。


點評:原來是俗稱D3掉落最高雙廢“左野木林右秋之喚”的秋之喚啊,失敬失敬,竟然轉眼就變成巫醫專武...不過,先看看酸雨杖跟熊茅,秋之喚說好的技能傷呢,嗯?(打開櫥櫃擺入) 



8.Mordullu's Promise, Axe: 單手斧 莫度盧之諾

Firebomb generates 100 - 125 Mana.
火焰炸彈可恢復100-125法力。

點評:這把“專武”造型值得塑型,但也因為是斧,所以幾乎無用武之地...
其次,這年頭巫醫還需要回法的配置很不多了,
再者要綁專武的流派那把專武也必然要特別優秀到值得用它,
然而這隻“專武”同上面的秋之喚一樣缺了很重要的技能傷,
請允許我,定位暫時擺在屬於這次改動裡:特殊(X) 廢物(O) 的區塊。



9.Wilken's Reach, Mojo: 之握
Grasp of the Dead no longer has a cooldown.

亡者之握取消冷卻時間。

11.Short Man’s Finger小魔人戒指

每個巨屍上修三倍傷害。


技能部分:



1.Spirit Vessel 魂靈歸體
No longer reduces the cooldown of Horrify, Spirit Walk and Soul Harvest by 2 seconds. (new) > (skills received buffs to compensate for this nerf)
取消懼靈、靈行和收割CD時間減少兩秒的效果,改成技能吃Buff以彌補這效果的損失。



2.Haunt 蝕魂
Draining Spirit : Now deals Physical damage. (new)
新增物理元素蝕魂,將取魄之靈置換成物理元素傷。



3.Grasp of the Dead 亡者之握
Rain of Corpses : Deals 420% weapon damage as Physical over 3 seconds (down from 8) to nearby enemies.
天降屍雨符文持續時間從8秒改成3秒。



4.Hex 妖術
Toad of Hugeness : Now also slows enemies that are swallowed by the toad and spit back. (new)
龐然大蟾吞吐後的怪物會被緩速。

Summon a giant toad that pulls in enemies, briefly swallows them whole, then spits them back out with a layer of goo that deals deals 750% weapon damage as Poison over 5 seconds, Slows them, and increases their damage taken by 25%.
召喚一隻會抓近吞入並舔舐敵人們龐然大蟾,遭到舔舐的敵人會被緩速,並受到5秒750%毒元素武器傷害與使其所受傷害增加25%。




5.Soul Harvest靈魂收割 
Cooldown: 12 seconds (down from 15).
冷卻時間從15秒改成12秒。

Languish : Increase your Armor by 10% per harvested enemy (reworked from 30% static).
魂魄凋零符文的護甲從固定30%改成每收割一個敵人得到10%護甲。

Vengeful Spirit : Harvested enemies take 640% weapon damage (up from 630%).
復仇怨靈符文傷害從630%改成640%。



6.Locust Swarm 召喚蟲群
Diseased Swarm : Enemies killed while affected by Locust Swarm leave behind a cloud of locusts that deal 750% (up from 75%) weapon damage as Poison over 3 seconds.
疫病蟲群將3秒75%傷害上提至3秒750%傷害。



7.Spirit Barrage靈魂彈幕 
Spirit bolts deal a total of 600% weapon damage (up from 425%).
靈魂彈幕傷害從425%上提至600%

Phlebotomize : Gains 6437 Life each time Spirit Barrage hits. (reworked from having a chance to charming targets)
魅惑幽魂符文效果重製,取消魅惑效果改成固定擊中回復6437。

Manitou : Spectre deals 6000% weapon damage (up from 2900%) as Cold over 20 seconds.
凌空幽魂傷害自2900%上修至6000%。



8.Horrify 懼靈
Cooldown: 10 seconds (down from 12).
冷卻時間從12秒下修至10秒。

Frightening Aspect : Gain 50% (up from 35%) additional Armor for 8 seconds after casting Horrify.
恐懼化身符文的恐懼每隻怪物的護甲自35%上提至50%。



9.Mass Confusion群體混亂
Paranoia : Enemies in the area of Mass Confusion take 30% additional damage (up from 20%) for 12 seconds.
錯亂妄想符文12秒debuff自20%提升至30%。



10.Spirit Walk靈行術 
Cooldown: 10 seconds (down from 12).
冷卻時間自12秒降至10秒。

Severance : Increase your movement speed by an additional 100% while in spirit form. (reworked from dealing damage while in Spirit Form)
靈肉分離符文重製,取消傷害改成增加跑速100%。

Healing Journey : Gain 15% (up from 14%) of your maximum Life when you activate Spirit Walk.
治癒之旅符文將回血14%上提至15%。



11.Wall of Death死亡之壁 
Deal 1200% (up from 1000%) weapon damage as Physical over 6 seconds.
將6秒傷害自1000%物理傷害提升至1200%物理傷害。

Surrounded by Death : Raise a circle of zombies from the ground that traps and attacks nearby enemies for 1250% weapon damage (up from 1000%) over 5 seconds (up from 4).
死亡障壁符文自4秒1000%傷害改成5秒1250%傷害。



12.Creeping Death死亡蔓延
DoT duration increased from 300 to 3600 seconds
死亡蔓延之DoT持續時間自300秒延長至3600秒



13. Dogs召喚殭屍犬
Base skill damage increased from 30% to 120%. (11/24)
基礎傷害從30%上調至120%

Burning Dogs rune increased from 10% weapon damage to 40% weapon damage. (11/24)
火焰犬火焰傷害自10%上調至40%。

Poison Dot damage increased from 30% to 120%. (11/24)
狂屍犬Dot傷害上調自30%至120%。



14.Gargantuan 巨屍
Base skill damage increased from 100% to 450% weapon damage per swing. (11/24)
基礎傷害從100%上調至450%武器傷害。

Restless Giant – Cooldown on enrage reduced from 120 to 45. (11/24)
惡煞巨屍符文冷卻時間自120秒下修至45秒。

Big Stinker damage increased 45% to 135%. 
毒霧巨屍傷害上修自45%至135%。
